In order to enrich the training form, promote the share of colleagues, the fourth forum select the industry's top training experts to share the course, discuss, invite colleagues to work with the "everyone" thinking. The course chosen is "perfect interpersonal relationship", the speaker Zeng Shiqiang focused on interpersonal relations for nearly two decades. Everyone could learn to discuss, study "everyone" course, in-depth understand interpersonal relationships, and then build a harmonious interpersonal relationship, improve efficiency and improve service quality.

In the 120 minutes' lectures and sharing time, my colleagues mainly compared the interpersonal relationship between China and the West, and how to establish good interpersonal relationship with different types of people.

Everyone expresses their opinions: reading books, listening to music, playing musical instruments, collecting coins, collecting coins ... We have analyzed the reasons for the different suggestions, and agreed that in life, people should spend a little time on those seemingly useless things. These will also be the "topic media" when we build relationships.

Colleagues in the course made great effort to discuss the issue, share personal experience and provide method skills. The Human Resources Department has awarded a memorial prize for each of the five colleagues who have spoken more than three times.
