In this topic, we will talk about the "Recruitment and interviewing skills", describing the recruitment knowledge, interview skills and other content to help employees efficiently deal with the interview work.
Talent is the one of the key for enterprise development. The interviewer is the bridge between the talent and the business. Therefore, the interviewer's interview skills are critical. This course is one of the series of interviewer certification courses designed to help companies select the right interviewer for the company to introduce talent and talent development to lay a good foundation.
On March 3, 2011 at 15:00 pm, Mr Lun Li, who is from Human Resource Department, shared the content for everyone. A total of 34 people participated in this training, including colleagues in various departments at headquarters.Most of the colleagues in this training are quasi-interviewer or interviewer candidates, they constantly think, speak, so that they could have a better understanding on the recruitment, interviews and other work.
The content of this course is divided into the recruitment of the cognition, common errors, key points, quality model, questions and skills during interview. The second part lists the general errors in the actual recruitment work, especially distinguishing the tasks between the business and human resources departments in the recruitment work. The third part focuses on the importance of the recruitment work for the enterprises and individuals. The fourth part focuses on sharing the recruitment process and the universal interview method. In the 120 minutes' teaching time, the speaker made a full theoretical explanation and case analysis, and help colleagues experience the interview scene to be analyzed, so that it could be applicated in practical work.
