New joiner orientation: a new beginning for the company

In the early winter, the experience hospital directors, department directors and the new graduates from different places, but with the same ideal and expectation, gathered together in Ming An Medical. And the 3rd new staff training meeting of Ming An Medical got started.

At the beginning of the training, we were very honored to invite the president, Mr. Lu Qiang to the training meeting and gave a speech for the new staffs. Mr. Lu told us that he was also a new member in this company, which made this speech both profound and common. Mr. Lu firstly elaborated the history of the company name, "Ming An" and listed the working stories of "Ming An People". Then he expressed the target and vision of Ming An Medical. At last he shared his own working experience with the new staffs and proposed his requirement for the future work. He called all the members to set up a team with learning spirit and strategical thinking ability, and make effort to drive the development of the medical industry.

After self-introduction of every new members, we learned the introduction of Ming An Medical given by Mr. Li Lun. The new members got better understanding of the organizational structure and business scope of the company. We also discussed and answered the questions during the learning process.

Ms. Zhao Pu from the administrative department introduced the administrative system of Ming An Medical. The course covered the application of stationery, name cards and official seals, the location of the meeting rooms and the security measures of the administrative areas. After the course, we all got better understanding of Ming An's working environment.

Ms. Zhang Lu from finance department introduced the finance system which covered the expense reimbursement process, paste of bills and application of payment. She also mentioned that the requirements of finance system are very detailed so that everyone should be very careful in daily work. And she would be very happy to help everyone solve problems about using finance system.

Mr. Hao Yuezheng introduced the IT standard of Ming An Medical, which is also the last course of this training. He demonstrated and explained the operation of IT system to ensure that all the new staffs are familiar with IT applications the most frequently used in daily work.

At the end of the training, New employees talked about their experience from this training and assessed the entire course. Although there are too many information provided during the course, we still feel happy and worth it. We all will certainly try best to work together to promote the development of medical undertakings in the process of solving social medical problems.
